Mass Spectrometry to assess the beneficial potential of probiotic bacteria

  Last February 2012, Tomás García-Cayuela presented the latest data of the Group on the use of MALDI-TOF/TOF mass spectrometry to identify lactic bacteria strains and classify them based on certain metabolic and functional characteristic, in the IV Workshop on Probiotics, Prebiotics, and Health: Scientific Evidence.

  Data presented by Tomás were included in the Congress Journal of the SEPYP
